SimulTOF Plate Editor

The SimulTOF Plate Editor allows you to create MALDI plate geometries for use in SimulTOF instruments. These can be plates with standard wells or finely rasterized tissue wells.

Features

  • Allows you to specify the geometry of any plate the system supports

  • Defines:

    • Spot size and shape
    • Multiple scanning resolutions (that can be selected by the Wizard or Controller)
    • Multiple scanning traversals (e.g. left-right, up-down)

  • Allows specification of what the SimulTOF Spotter should spot

  • Allows storage and calibration of actual images of the plate

  • Supports standard spot and tissue imaging type plates

  • Many standard plate “Templates” are supplied with the software
